BUDGERIGAR COUNCIL OF VICTORIA (BCV)

The Budgerigar Council of Victoria (BCV) is the governing body responsible for overseeing the breeding, exhibition, and welfare of budgerigars in the state of Victoria, Australia. Founded with the aim of promoting the budgerigar hobby, the BCV provides guidance, support, and resources to affiliated budgerigar clubs and enthusiasts throughout the region. The council plays a key role in standardizing exhibition practices, organizing state-wide events, and maintaining a comprehensive register of qualified judges and breeders.
