About the Breeder
Anthony Starcevic, the dedicated breeder behind AS1 Budgerigars, is a well-respected figure in the Australian budgerigar community. Based in Wollongong, NSW, Anthony has proudly represented New South Wales on twelve occasions across a wide variety of classes. He holds Platinum Breeder status and has built a strong reputation for quality, consistency, and passion within the hobby.
