BSSA Auction 19 2025 – Now Live!

The BSSA Auction 19 2025 is officially live and open for bidding! Proudly hosted by the Budgerigar Society of South Australia (BSSA), this online auction showcases 18 top-quality budgerigars from experienced BSSA members. The auction runs until 8 PM ACST on July 20th, with extended bidding available where required.

This week’s auction features birds from respected breeders including Trevor Goodenough, Marie & Kerry Murphy, Adrian Praegar, George England, Peter Brumby, and Tony Van Den Brink. A diverse range of budgerigar varieties are available, including Violets, Yellowfaces, Cinnamonwings, Spangles, Opalines, Lacewings, and more.

Each bird is listed with a description provided in good faith by the seller. The BSSA Inc. is not liable for any discrepancies—please contact the vendor directly for clarification. All bids are anonymous, and only your bidder number will be visible during the auction.

Buyers are reminded to check the location of the birds as freight costs are the purchaser’s responsibility. However, most vendors will transport to the airport free of charge and coordinate with other sellers to reduce freight costs where possible.
